Camp TaPaWingo
Camp TaPaWingo is a private, non-profit camp that is owned by the Manitowoc County 4-H Leaders Association. The Manitowoc County 4-H Leaders Association, in partnership with the University of Wisconsin Extension, develops and directs programming at Camp TaPaWingo. Camp TaPaWingo is located on 78 acres along the East Twin River in northern Manitowoc County. The camp features a variety of habitats to include wetland, woodland, and prairie, as well as rustic cabins, nature center, arts and crafts center, and main lodge with dining hall. Resident camping programs at Camp TaPaWingo are open to all youth of Manitowoc County and surrounding communities. Camp facilities are also available to rent.
